They were flexible and accommodating during move in, it’s nice to have management that will work with you. The building is a little old and worn so you’ll have the predictable maintenance issues, but they’re attentive to any problems and rent is very reasonable so I have no complaints.

Came to edit my initial review. My apartment hunt was made so easy by the girls in the front! They were very accommodating and communicative through my process. I wanted to see several units and eventually went with the updated 2 bedroom which we love!! Had a few hiccups in the beginning after move in but after voicing my concerns they were handled in a very quick manner. Proper communication is key!

we’ve been living here for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it! Alexis & Dana are beyond helpful and will definitely go above and beyond for anything you need! the townhomes are beyond spacious and the upgraded units are beautiful ? anytime we may have an issue maintenance is there in a timely manner to fix it. We have had no major issues . The complex is well taken care of as well. overall a great experience! 10/5☺️

I love my apartment here at eclipse! The girls in the office are super cool and maintenance is the best they have been here for a while and they work really hard..there are maintenance issues sometimes but they always come pretty quickly and are respectful The area is perfect and close to everything

I chose a different place to live, however their customer service and management was above and beyond. Dana you’re absolutely amazing! Keep up the good work and giving people the friendly and curtesy that most leasing agents lack nowadays.

I have been a resident since 2004, I love my apartment. Management has been very helpful as I face health challenges Alexis has gone over and above. She and Dana came to pick me up from the hospital ER. They help me out all the time. Maintenance Dave is like my brother we get along very well. I have been here 18 years and I will be here 18 more.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an apartment! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love it here so much!!! They moved me in so fast! 1. The apartments were made in the 70s, so I had the pleasure of meeting with maintenance more than i count in just 6 months. They LOVE coming to my apartment. Last month my heat went out on one of the coldest days in February. This month I have a strange odor coming from my vent in my closet. I love the smell of rotting flesh! They cut the water off a few times this month because someone in another unit had a pipe burst. Right now they only have one maintenance man because the other two along with the property manger quit. Can’t wait to find out what falls apart next! 2. Mice! I LOVE having little critters in my kitchen. They love it so much that they’ve built a nest underneath my dishwasher. I can hear them scurring in and out of my stove during the day. Maintenance won’t seal the baseboards to keep them out. you are charged for pest control, but all the pest control is is sticky traps and bait boxes. I asked to be moved but was denied, so we’re stuck together. 3. My neighbors! Throughout the week my neighbors like to bang on walls and Make a bunch of noise at night. Which is perfect because who needs sleep, right? 4. Centipedes, spiders and ants. I guess they found it from the mice how much I LOVE critters so they’re moving in too. I may need to start charging them for rent. 5. Extensive research. I was asked for my bank statements to even make sure I could afford to live here. Apparently having my offer letter and most recent paystub from my job of almost 5 yrs wasn’t enough. Thank God I didn’t have to draw blood to get approved! It was well with it though, I got EXACTLY what I expected. Recently they’ve increased the referral fee to $500, probably because people love it so much they have to leave! if you end up coming here tell them I sent you. They haven’t been posting my reviews to keep their rating high, but don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll LOVE it here just like me ?

All the office people were really helpful through the whole process. Never had any issues with my townhome. Love it here!

I have been so anxious about finally leaving my previous apartment of two years and hopefully finding something better. I called everyday because I really loved this apartment and so scared to have lost it. But Dana on every call I had, has been so calm with me and oh so nice! (I apologize for being so eager too btw?) also Alexis had gave my boyfriend and I our tour and her vibe was so chill, welcoming, she reassured us with any questions we had or worries. I have been a resident at The Eclipse for a year and a half. This last year has been difficult for everyone, but every time I speak with Alexis, she is always so patient and helpful. I like knowing that if I have a problem, Alexis is there and committed to resolving it. I have recommended this property to several of my friends that are looking for a new apartment. The people at the office are really friendly and polite. The homes are big and nice they're in great Condition. It's clean. They have a park for kids to play at really fun. The maintenance people are great, and they get the problem fixed done and fast although sometimes it takes a while but better maintenance service than any other places.

Great place to live as I have been here for 3 years! Love the upgrades and looking forward for what’s to come! Great area!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half! The Eclipse is a great place to live. It’s safe, has a dog park, and a pool. Management is incredible. They are always understanding and on top of renovations and are always willing to help. Taylor is outstanding! I love that they started sending out a monthly newsletter. It feels more like a community. I commend The Eclipse for all of the changes they’ve made and enjoy living here. The prices are unbeatable for the quality!

Honestly the pricing is good for what you’re getting! Plus the staff is really nice and are willing to work with you! Would recommend talking to Taylor if given the opportunity!

My family and I love living here! It’s close to everything we need! They have a dog park, no breed restrictions, beautiful pool, and pond! The new management is really great. The office staff is very hard working and helpful. The maintenance crew is also helpful and 24 hours.

I’ve lived in a 2bed- 1bath Unit since April 2019 and I have no complaints! The units are spacious and affordable. The apartment complex as a whole is in a great location of Indianapolis— near many restaurants, shopping stores, and grocery stores. The leasing specialists are great; Alexis specifically has always been very helpful and kind with any questions I’ve had. I look forward to renewing my lease ?

Just moved in August 16, 2019. New management doing well with maintenance and office staff. Taylor from new and Alexis from former management very resident-focused and helpful.

Since the apartment has switched over to eclipse they have been incredible to work with. They have repaired many apartments, patched and replaced roofing. Repaired roads, maintained the pools and they even allowed us to change our move out date. Eclipse quickly grew into an apartment complex I would gladly release with. I highly recommend eclipse.

The new Manager, Hannah, is amazing! She is so helpful and professional, which is so important when looking for a new apartment. I would live here simply because of her. Thank you Hannah for making us feel so welcome!

I moved in about a month ago and everything was great! The girls in the office have been so helpful since day one. They have addressed any concerns I have had and move in day was as easy as can be!

I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! This is an AWESOME place to live. Management is very attentive and wants this to be a safe and fun place for us to live. One time I saw a 'straggler' and called the Manager. They immediately rectified the situation and even took an extra step to have security drive through, just for our safety. We walk our pets and are out at all hours of the nite because it's well lighted and safe. My relative has even moved here and loves it too. Thank you MANAGEMENT!!!
